NEWPORT MANSIONS COLLECTION Pindler & Pindler is pleased to introduce patterns 1950-Bandar, and
1952-Ceylon, the latest additions to our Signature Exclusive Newport
Mansions Collection. These two crewel patterns were inspired by the
tapestry upholstery used on the 18th century Louis XV furniture found
within the Elms and Kingscote Mansions. Pindler’s patterns, 1950-Bandar
and 1952-Ceylon, have been hand-embroidered with quality wool yarns on a
fine linen base cloth. This traditional embroidery technique is still
being produced by the same remote villages of Kashmir, India. |

NEWPORT MANSIONS DORIS DUKE COLLECTION Pindler & Pindler presents its latest addition to the Signature Exclusive Newport Mansions Doris Duke Collection, pattern 1817-Tashkent. Tashkent was inspired by an Eastern European antique hand-embroidered circa 1880 Suzani from Uzbekistan, found in the textile archives of Doris Duke. Subtle Impressions is a fabulous group of metallic printed textural solids that add glamour and sophistication to the room. P9066-Corrigan is a gorgeous medium weight textural solid of flax, cotton, viscose, and polyester, and has been printed with an elegant burnished metallic pattern that emulates antique Italian carved relief work. PINDLER PRINTED LINEN Pindler & Pindler is pleased to present our new print design, P9083-Kira. Kira is a beautifully stylized suzani with authentic ethnic design influences rendered with the true spirit of the original craftsmanship. The circular motifs are typical design elements which are gracefully complimented by embellished flowers, creating a perfect balance within the design.
